Account Information: When you join our community, we may collect your name, email address, and profile details.
Google Drive Access: If you choose to connect your Google account, we will request limited permissions to access your Google Drive files via the Google Drive API and Google Picker API.
Usage Data: We may collect non-identifiable information such as browser type, device information, and usage patterns to improve our services.
To allow you to attach, browse, and share Google Drive files within our community messaging system.
To maintain secure OAuth authentication with your Google account.
To improve our website’s features and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.
Our use of Google information complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We only use your Google Drive data to let you select and share files in your messages.
We do not permanently store or transfer your Google Drive file contents to our servers.
Access is temporary and limited to your authenticated session.
All Google tokens are securely stored and can be revoked by the user at any time.
We may share limited data:

To protect the safety, rights, or security of our users.
With trusted service providers who help operate our website (under strict confidentiality agreements).
We use technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.
You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Security Settings or by clicking the “Disconnect” button within your CSCSTL account settings.
Disconnecting your Google Drive immediately removes OAuth tokens and any temporary data associated with your Google account.
You may also request full deletion of your CSCSTL account data by contacting us.
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy periodically. The “Effective Date” above reflects the most recent version.

Google User Data Retention: CSCSTL does not permanently store Google Drive file content, metadata, or access tokens beyond the active session. OAuth tokens are automatically deleted when you disconnect Google Drive from your CSCSTL account using the “Disconnect Google Drive” option or via your Google Security Settings.
Temporary Storage: Any cached data (such as file names or IDs temporarily displayed during file selection) exists only during your active session and is erased immediately after disconnecting or logging out.
Account Data Retention: CSCSTL account information (e.g., name, email) is retained only as long as necessary to operate your community account or comply with legal requirements.
Manual Deletion Requests: You can request deletion of all remaining CSCSTL account data by emailing cscofstlouis@gmail.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
